Billing & plans.
Two things are billed separately: building agents with Alchemist, which is charged to you, and running live agents, which is charged to your organization.
Building with Alchemist
- Alchemist turns use Alchemist credits on your own Olbrain account, not your organization's.
- Verify your email to get free credits. After that, subscribe or top up on the Billing page in Noesis.
- When you run out, Alchemist tells you and gives you the link. A build waits until you top up and ask it to continue.
Paying from outside India
- Outside India, Alchemist is billed in USD through Paddle. In India, prices stay in ₹ and are paid through Razorpay, with GST invoices from Olbrain.
- The plan is $24 a month and includes 2,000 credits. Credit packs are 500 credits for $6, 1,000 credits for $12, and 2,500 credits for $30. Packs need an active plan.
- Prices don't include tax. Paddle adds any sales tax or VAT at checkout.
- Paddle is Olbrain's reseller for payments outside India. It takes your payment and sends your invoice.
- To set your country, open Settings → Alchemist → Billing in Noesis and fill in the Country field in the billing details form.
- Credits work the same everywhere.
Running live agents
- A live agent needs your organization's subscription. An owner starts the free trial from the agent's Billing tab in Noesis — Alchemist's hand-over links to it.
- Every conversation turn and every job run is charged to the organization: through the Olbrain API, the SDKs, website chat, and signed webhooks alike.
- A job can have a daily run limit. Past it, new runs are refused until the next day.
When billing refuses a request

| 429 | daily_run_limit | The job reached today's run limit. |
| 503 | billing_unavailable | Billing couldn't be checked. Retry in a few moments. |
