Website chat.
Put a conversational agent's chat on your own website with one script tag. No Access Key goes in the page: the chat works only on the sites you list.
Turn it on
- In Noesis, open the agent and choose Website chat.
- List the websites allowed to use it, one per line, with
https://. Listwwwand non-wwwseparately if you use both; wildcards aren't allowed. - Copy the embed code and paste it before the closing
</body>tag.
Embed codeHTML
<script src="https://webhook.olbrain.com/widget/v1.js?a=agt_01HAKZ..." defer></script>
Copy the code from Noesis rather than typing it. Alchemist's hand-over shows it too, once the agent is live.
Change how it looks
The title, greeting, accent color, and nudges are set in the same Noesis dialog, not in your page, so changes reach your site without re-pasting the code.
What it needs
- A published agent and an active subscription. Until both are in place the chat stays hidden on your site. See Billing & plans.
- An exact site match. Scheme, host, and port must match a listed site. On any
other site the chat refuses with 403
widget_origin_not_allowed.
Every visitor message is a real, billed turn for your organization.
Not the SDK widget
The JavaScript SDK's ChatWidget needs an
apiKey in the page, which every visitor can read. Use this embed code on public
websites, and keep ChatWidget for internal tools.
